Frequently Asked Questions
CapitaLand’s Mission StamPo$$ible Rewards (MSR) campaign will run from 1 January 2021 to 31 March 2021.
Step 1: Visit CapitaLand’s MSR official website (msr.capitastar.com.my).
Step 2: Fill in your name, mobile number and email address and submit.
Step 3: You will receive an OTP SMS to verify your mobile phone number.
Step 4: Enter the OTP in the registration page or click on the link in the same SMS to verify your mobile phone number.
Step 5: You can now access your digital stamp card and start completing the missions.
You may complete your mission(s) at any of the CapitaLand malls in Malaysia as follows:
There are total 9 missions in one digital stamp card, namely 4 missions at dining outlets, 4 missions at any outlets (except dining) and 1 CapitaStar mission at the mall’s information counter.
Step 1: Spend RM50 and above in a single receipt at any participating outlet.
Step 2: At the cashier counter, ask for the MSR QR code from the outlet staff upon completion of payment.
Step 3: Scan the QR code and you will be directed to the MSR website prompting you to enter the transaction amount.
Step 4: Enter the transaction amount as stated in your receipt.
Step 5: Upload an image of the receipt and submit.
Step 6: Mission accomplished!
Step 1: Complete the first two missions (Dining and Any Outlet except dining) in the first row of your digital stamp card. CapitaStar mission is the third mission in the first row of your digital stamp card.
Step 2: Visit any of the CapitaLand malls’ Information Counter.
Step 3: Ask for the MSR Customer Service QR code and scan.
Step 4: Follow the instruction to key in your CapitaStar ID.
Step 5: Show your completed CapitaStar Mission Box to our customer service staff on duty and you will be provided with a CapitaStar reward code.
Step 6: Key in the reward code in your CapitaStar App and you will receive 100 FREE STAR$.
Step 7: Mission accomplished!
Yes, you need to be a CapitaStar member in order to complete the CapitaStar mission and receive 100 FREE STAR$. Download the CapitaStar App and register on your mobile device if you are not an existing CapitaStar member.
Yes, you can. Please note that the rewards will only be awarded upon completion of every digital stamp card.
The management reserves the rights to revoke the stamp should there be no receipt uploaded as supporting or the details in receipt image uploaded is not matching with the transaction amount entered.
Yes, you may complete your missions in the same digital stamp card at any of the CapitaLand malls.
Yes. Besides 100 FREE STAR$ upon completion of CapitaStar mission, MSR participants will be rewarded with one RM5 STARVoucher and/or tenant’s vouchers/gifts upon completion of every digital stamp card. MSR participants may collect the rewards at the mall’s information counter.
All MSR participants will be automatically enrolled to the “MSR Lucky Draw Contest” and stand a chance to win more prizes.
The prizes of “MSR Lucky Draw Contest” are as follows: -
All MSR participants will be automatically enrolled to the “MSR Lucky Draw Contest” so no additional registration step required. One complete digital stamp card will give participant one chance to the “MSR Lucky Draw Contest”.
The winners of “MSR Lucky Draw Contest” will be selected through a digital lucky draw module. Grand Prize, First Runner Up and Second Runner Up winner will be drawn from the full MSR participants pool. For Consolation Prizes, 2 winners will be drawn from each participating mall’s list that give a total of 14 consolation prize winners.
We will use the first mall you spend to get the first stamp of the digital stamp card to determine.
Yes, one participant can only win one prize in “MSR Lucky Draw Contest”. Should the same winner be drawn, he/she will be entitled to the prize with higher value.
All prizes won are non-transferrable and non-exchangeable for cash or other prizes.
Each digital stamp card is only valid for one registered participant only.
Log onto MSR website, msr.capitastar.com.my, and click “My Mission Status” in order to view all your digital stamp card(s).
Your digital stamp card is valid until 31 March 2021.

CapitaStar is a card-less rewards programme that rewards shoppers with STAR$ when they make purchases at participating outlets across CapitaLand malls in Malaysia. These STAR$ are tracked by our rewards programme automatically when receipts are snapped and uploaded through our CapitaStar App. The STAR$ accumulated in this programme can be used to exchange for eDeals, rebates, rewards, exclusive merchandise and more via the CapitaStar App.
STAR$ are reward points in CapitaStar programme awarded based on net amount spent on the receipt(s), with a minimum of RM30 per receipt. Receipt(s) must be submitted no later than the next day of purchase as of receipt date to be eligible for STAR$. RM1 = 1 STAR$. STAR$ can be used to exchange for eDeals, rebates, rewards, exclusive merchandise and more via the CapitaStar App; and promotion gifts from time to time.
STARVoucher is CapitaLand’s digital voucher in Malaysia where you can use to perform any transaction in all participating outlets. No minimum spending required to utilize STARVoucher. However, there will not be any refund for the excess amount paid in a transaction.

You can use STARVoucher at any participating outlet by selecting the number of STARVoucher you want to use to offset your total transaction amount.
